Windows Vista UAC

Since Windows Vista introduces some User Account Control Compatibility (UAC) to the application that runs on Vista for security reasons. That causes the stand alone user will
only access the system folder and registration key in default user virtual store. To avoid this user must open the application by run as administrator by
right click at application and select Run as administrator or done by software publisher by embeding the manifest which disable  UAC inside. This patch of SISWare
embedded some manifest in it.
